thank you for sharing my biggest enemy is myself and i feel like I blame myself a LOT for my poor decisions. i always berate myself and end up very upset the majority of the day. it prevents me from taking any other step in my journey. but you're totally right, need to shift my mindset to being a problem solver instead of beings o hard on myself.

Helpful technique to get started. Good idea. Reduces the stress of unpredictable outcomes.

Its nice to be able to do this WHEN you can -- but not all time-pressing projects allow time to make nice outlines. Sometimes you have to bite the bullet and go for it.

Distill your thoughts into bullet points and build your narrative around it. Clarity from the outset. Good idea. Prevents drift and procrastination.
